UCT is looking for a Capacity Planner
- Global Planning to lead capacity planning across our manufacturing sites in Israel, Malaysia, and Thailand. The role combines global and site-level capacity planning, analyzing demand versus available capacity, identifying bottlenecks and capacity gaps, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Lead monthly capacity planning and RCCP analysis across three manufacturing sites.
Analyze demand versus available capacity and identify gaps, constraints, and bottlenecks.
Build and maintain work-center-level load vs.
capacity analysis.
Maintain capacity data, including work centers, routings, run/setup times, shifts, and utilization.
Perform What-If scenarios including demand changes, additional shifts, outsourcing, and equipment investments.
Support cross-site load balancing and long-term capacity planning.
Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
Support capacity data readiness for Kinaxis implementation.
מיומנויות 3–5+ years of experience in Capacity Planning, Production Planning, or Industrial Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of RCCP/CRP, capacity analysis, and bottleneck identification.
Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, routings, machine capabilities, and setup/changeover dynamics.
Experience in high-mix manufacturing, CNC machining, or assembly environments
- strong advantage. Strong ERP experience and advanced Excel/BI skills. Strong analytical and data-driven approach. Fluent English and ability to work effectively in a global environment. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, APICS/ASCM certification, and experience with APS systems such as Kinaxis.
