תיאור המשרה:Project Manager - Hardware - Manage multiple high-budget security projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. - Oversee projects at different life cycle stages, from initiation to closure. - Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. - Ensure all aspects of project management are addressed, including business, administrative, financial, and technical requirements. - Negotiate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and achieve project goals. - Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management. - Maintain excellent human relations and ensure high levels of service orientation and productivity. - Foster a creative and solution-oriented environment to address project challenges.
דרישות:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field. - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in a multi-project environment. - Experience working in stressful environments with multiple competing priorities. - Familiarity with project management software and tools. - Proven experience in negotiations and conflict resolution. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities. - High level of service orientation and commitment to delivering results. - Ability to manage complex projects with a focus on productivity and efficiency. Working Conditions: - Office-based role with no hybrid work options. - Frequent travel within Israel to meet with customers and suppliers.
