Job Description The owner of the entire growth operation in the US market. In charge of all growth initiatives and responsible for meeting the company's performance lead goals. Analyzing and optimizing all growth marketing activities (digital and ) according to the company's budgets and targets and optimizing the budget for maximizing leads and sales
דרישות:- 4+ years growth and user acquisition experience in a B2C brand - Experience with: Self service platforms (FB, Google, etc.), Business development / sales / media buying, Affiliation - Experimental growth experience (influencers, podcasts, content promotion, etc.) - Managerial experience - Must - minimum growth team lead level - Ready to build a growth operation while doing hands on work - Priority for a degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communication / Computer Science - Experience in driving processes and managing digital interfaces - Strong marketing orientation in the arenas of media, creative, content and technology. - In-depth knowledge of various marketing platforms (e.g.,: Facebook, Google, Tabula, Outbrain, YouTube, etc.). - Familiarity with the world of finance and insurance – a big advantage - Control and understanding in data analysis, high familiarity with Google Analytics - High familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - High level of English - A must
